Enlightened Sentient Twig

Sentient Twig is a Belgian style wit beer made with orange peel and coriander.It's a great summer drinker featuring good body from the addition of flaked wheat. Balanced with one of their favorite hops, Willamette, the orange peel and coriander are added at the end in the whirlpool stage for the right touch of fruit and spice. The yeast really shines in this light-bodied patio pounder. The name is an anagram for Wittgenstein Wit.
