Gekko Brewing Company - Enough Lobster Chat

Alluding to the original US pioneers of the modern craft beer movement, this IPA uses classic West Coast hops to add bitterness and flavor to the beer. Chinook whole leaf is the star and is brought out by our hot sided hop, a decent dry hop with west coast heavyweight Cascade finishing it off. True to style, the complexity of the malts balances the heavy hop additions along with an imperial amount of alcohol to wash it down.
