Beer description
A light, unfiltered wheat beer with yeast from our own pure breeding - of course, the original fermented in the bottle. The mildly spicy taste, combined with a balanced carbon dioxide content, made it the number 1 of our beer specialties. Original bottle fermentation: For real yeast cloudiness, please swivel the yeast at the bottom of the bottle while pouring. Artisan brewed with 100% Hallertau natural hops and fresh in taste, as it is neither briefly heated nor pasteurized. Awarded the Superior Taste Award with 2 gold stars in Brussels 2016.
