Christmas has got us in a reflective mood and brewery is celebrating it by using more of favourite hops from 2019. This time it’s a blend of Mosaic and Falconers Flight over a juicy oat rich malt bed. Expect big hits of tropical flavours backed up by an unexpected pine kick from all the C hops working in unison.
