Escafandrista - Fruit Basket - Mango and Passion Fruit

The Fruit Basket with mango and passion fruit is the first in our series of Berliners, and is the result of all our experience accumulated over the last few months with the production of smoothie sours. Aiming to create an intense fruit flavor profile without losing sight of the drinkability of this style, we created this Berliner Weisse with 4.2% ABV, medium-low and silky body, bakery notes and controlled but present lactic acidity, and plenty of mango and passion fruit flavor and aroma.
