Beer description
Our new Imperial Stout was inspired by a Mexican Hot Chocolate. It has absurd amounts of oats, as well as caramel malts and roasted malts that bring notes of chocolate, coffee and light roast. We selected a special Amazonian cocoa, from Pará, which brings intense notes of caramel and evokes the aroma of milk chocolate, in addition to the Habanero pepper, which brings a floral aroma wrapped in a spiciness that was dosed millimetrically to be present, but without offending the palate. To finish, a touch of cinnamon, which appears subtly to wrap up the whole set.
