We teamed up with the guys at Dude Brewing to create this breakfast personified in a Smoothie. Joce brought all his expertise and selected a coffee that, combined with the extraction method used, brought, in addition to the complex notes of the beans, acidity to add and balance the whole. This, added to the acidity of the berries and the body brought by the banana, created a dense smoothie, where the berries appear in the foreground, bringing acidity and a lot of flavor, along with the coffee, and the banana finally supporting the characteristic body and providing light sweetness and the characteristic flavor of the banana.
