Escafandrista - Morning Drop

We teamed up again with our friends at Locals Only to produce an American Stout, a style that has been little produced in the Brazilian beer scene, but that we really like and want to see more of here! With 8.4% ABV and a base consisting of lots of oats, roasted malts and new world hops in the whirlpool. To finish the set we used espresso coffee extracted through an oxygen-free method to preserve the delicate aromas of the coffee, and we added on top of that even more coffee roasted by our friends at Dude Coffee Company, which intensified the notes of espresso coffee, dark chocolate and caramel, in contrast to the light fruitiness of the base.
