Escafandrista - Mothership Reconnection

Together with the people at Dogma, we created a smoothie using an ingredient that we've never seen anyone use before: Almond Milk. To balance the combination, we added Peach and Plum, which added body and flavor, as well as residual acidity and a purple color. To finish, we add a precisely calculated dose of orange blossom honey to create complexity, as well as slightly increase the perception of sweetness and balance the whole.
