Escafandrista - Radioactive

One of the most fun things about this four-part collaborative project was seeing how each of the people behind the creations of their respective breweries has a different way of thinking and reaching a common goal. One afternoon at EAP, we sat down with Leo from Augustinus and after a lot of conversation we created this Smoothie Sour, firstly thinking about its visual aspect, radioactive pink! We used the most diverse forms of pitaya to achieve this intense color and combined it with the intense flavor of Cupuaçu harmonized with red fruits, which brought their characteristic flavors and acidity, balancing the whole set
