Imperial Stout Pastry with Maple, Tahiti Vanilla and Coffee Aged in Shiraz Wine Barrels.
Inspired by Pancakes Topped with Maple, we created this Imperial Stout Pastry that took insane amounts of Maple, complemented with a meticulously calculated addition of Tahiti Vanilla and finished with a hit of another Franck's Ultra Coffee coffee aged in Shiraz Wine barrels, which in addition to all the power of the coffee brought complementary notes of Tutti Frutti and Berries
