Espiga - Begin To Run

We return with a classic style that we really like to brew: American IPA. We start the race behind the amber-colored leopard that introduces us to the hop jungle. It is an IPA with light amber color and orange reflections. In aroma we find intense notes of different fruits that remind us of mango and also peach provided by Vista and Azacca hops. All these notes rest on a base of citrus and herbal notes, as well as spicy notes that give us the combination of Cascade, Centennial and Vista hops. In flavor we appreciate all these notes in a round sip with a slight bitterness that reminds us of classic and clean Ipas. If you like classic IPas this will not leave you indifferent!
