Celestia is our hop heroine: a stellar guardian who channels the power of hop flowers and constellations to bring balance between bitterness and astringency. Her strength comes from a collaboration with our allies at Yakima Chief Hops, exploring new aromatic dimensions with Nectaron™ as her secret weapon. Celestia radiates the classic spirit of the West Coast IPA, with a celestial twist brought by the tropical energy of New Zealand’s Nectaron™ hop. On the nose, bursts of ripe pineapple, stone fruits, and passion fruit intertwine with resinous, citrus, peach, and other tropical fruit notes contributed by Mosaic® and Simcoe®, evoking a galactic garden of fruit and fresh pine. On the palate, it’s crisp, dry, and bright, with a firm yet elegant bitterness that cleanses the palate and leaves a trail of golden fruits, pine, and a hint of mango. The finish is long, clean, and resinous — a tribute to the classic soul of the West Coast, illuminated by the brilliance of modern hops.
