Beer description
Dimoniz is a DDH IPA that emerged from a very special collaboration with our Mallorca partner, Dimoniera Enterprises. We wanted to create an IPA with a strong fruity profile, and we achieved it through a careful selection of hops: Ekuanot, Idaho 7, and the New Zealand hops Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka.
It has a hazy appearance with a golden-yellow color, topped with a persistent white foam. Dimoniz offers intense notes of pineapple, papaya, passion fruit, and white grape, combined with a hint of citrus notes that make this devilishly hoppy bomb irresistible!
