Beer description

To start this new year, we embarked on a trip towards the North Pole on an endless route with our friends from Blot who live in Andorra. But beforehand, we brewed the “Endless Journey” to savor during this lengthy expedition. It’s a West Coast IPA with a well-balanced hoppy and malty profile. This beer, brewed with Zeus, Centennial, Simcoe, and Citra hops, takes the palate on a journey of nuances and boldly refreshing notes. It boasts a clear, golden appearance complemented by a generous, persistent white foam crown. In both aroma and taste, one can discern hints of grapefruit, ripe pineapple, and citrus notes. Herbaceous and resinous touches intertwine with a subtle hint of caramelized malt. With a medium body, its perfectly adjusted carbonation provides a refreshing and lively sensation on the palate. The finish is prolonged and satisfying, leaving a light sense of resinous bitterness and a subtle lingering fruitiness that entices further exploration. Its balance between potent hops and a solid malty base makes “Endless Journey” an unforgettable beer experience for West Coast IPA enthusiasts. Enjoy the journey and the sip!
