It is a Ginger beer or ginger beer where we have used natural ingredients from our environment. It is a drink suitable for coeliacs and alcohol-free. It is made with water, organic lemons from Penedès and ginger. It has a citrus and ginger aroma. The flavour is very rounded, you can appreciate the lemons, the perfumed and very light spicy flavour characteristic of ginger.
