We were very eager to collaborate with our friend from Moli de Pals and to experiment and create a beer with rice, and of course with our hoppy touch. That’s why we have made a Hoppy Rice Lager.
Rice lagers usually have a dry and crisp finish, making them very refreshing and pleasant on the palate, especially in warm climates. And what better way to combine it than with the new Australian hop Ella, highly recommended for lagers. Ella and Citra give us notes of sweet summer fruit and the freshness of citrus.
