Espiga - Not A Painting

The fourth in a series of tributes to table games that we are doing this 2021 from Cervesa Espiga. On this occasion we pay tribute to the game that showed us that through drawing we can make ourselves understood without saying anything to our friends and family. Dark red in color with reddish reflections, with a creamy and persistent white mousse, silky in the mouth and with a light body. In aroma and taste, notes of citrus and white raisins stand out, white fruits but also subtle tropical notes brought by an abundant dry hopping with Citra, Ekuanot, Simcoe and Hallertauer Blanc hops. Malt: Golden Promise, dextrin malt, flake, caramel malt. Hops: Citra, El Dorado, Simcoe and Hallertau Blanc. Dry hopping: Citra, Ekuanot, Simcoe and Hallertauer Blanc
