Espiga - Pliny The Oncle

This beer, in collaboration with Roses i Torrades, is a tribute to two great American beers named after historical figures from ancient Rome: Plini the Elder (author, naturalist and natural philosopher) and Plini the Younger (lawyer, author and magistrate). What remains less well known is that all two Plini's were in reality a son and a nebot, which is why it seems of the utmost importance to create Plini l'Oncle and explain the rest of the story. Het is a traditional westkust-IPA with a transparent aspect and a more robust colour. The flavour is based on the dark and dark notes, but there are also notes of ripe fruit. In flavour we also find these citric notes in a rounded glass that invites you to drink another one.
