Espiga - Queen Beer

Honey Queen is our new beer in collaboration with Artesants, a legendary craft beer bar located in the Sants neighbourhood (Barcelona), with whom we have a close friendship and with whom we have decided to jointly brew our first honey beer. 4000 years ago, it was customary in Babylon, for a month after the wedding, for the bride's father to provide his son-in-law with as much honey beer as he could drink. As the Babylonian calendar was based on lunar phases, this period was called the ‘honeymoon’. Our Honey Queen is a smooth 7 proof beer, dry and refreshing, with delicate aromas and flavours of honey and flowers.
