Espiga - Slow Sundown

This year we have made another collaboration with Portugal, this time with our friends from Letra, who we met at the last Barcelona Beer Festival. Both of us hop-loving brewers had to brew an IPA, and we chose a modern and hazy style. This 6.5% ABV DDH IPA features Citra, Ekuanot and Idaho 7 hops. It has a dark golden colour and a hazy appearance. In aroma we find intense notes of pineapple from the combination of Ekuanot and Idaho 7 hops, as well as other tropical fruits such as mango, potato and lime. In flavour and aroma we also have hints of pine and citrus that give a fresh note to accompany this beer during this summer.
