Espiga - Summer Crush

It is a sour beer, red in colour and smoothie-like. The reddish-garnet colour is due to the large amount of raspberries and cranberries it contains. This acidic, low alcohol style, 4.5% ABV, is ideal for the hot summer season, as the acidity is a good thirst quencher. In the mouth the acidity is noticeable but without being aggressive as it is perfectly balanced with the sweetness provided by the added raspberry.
