Produced by Birrificio Estense of Este (PD), Bock BE is a beer with a high alcohol content. It is inspired by the category of Bock , typical products of the German brewing heritage, characterized by being usually drunk in the cold months and by a relatively high alcohol content. The aromatic profile features notes of cereals, bread crust and honey and subsequently tendencies attributable to spices and flowers.
