Beer description
The Don Pablo is a beer designed in "pils" style, with less perception of bitterness to make the sensation on the palate more harmonious. To produce this refreshing and delicate beer, a particular very bohemian malt is used, which gives it a medium body and a blend of noble hops that give it an excellent herbaceous and floral feel. The yeast, which during fermentation produced a fine and light carbonation, completes the bouquet of flavors with its typical aromas. Only the slow lagering, which lasts for several weeks near zero degrees, refines this noble beer and makes it ideal for consumption.
