Beer description

The Weisse B.E. it is a beer produced with a high percentage of malted wheat and orzi, which determine its characteristic intense yellow color. It is fermented at high temperatures by a strain of German yeast, which gives it fruity flavors reminiscent of banana and peppery flavors, it also gives a typical slightly acidic note of this beer of Bavarian origin. The hopping is very light to give a minimum bitterness and do not interfere in the aromas and flavors produced by the yeast. It is a light beer with a barely perceptible body which makes it thirst-quenching and pleasant to the palate. Thanks to strong carbonation and the use of well-worked wheat, develops an intense and creamy foam that persists in the glass.
