This beer comes from a blend of our Blonde Ale and another of our Farmhouse Ale, younger and with sour must. Aged in Amarone barrel and spiced with lemon thyme, it is rich in gold with citric hints, of white fruit and peppery, with a slight acidulous scent. A heavy beer ... like us!
