Another collab in the works, this time with Budaprés Cider: Apple of the God
Apple of the God - Apple, clove, cinnamon, and allspice sour beer, with 6% alcohol content.
The Budaprés Cider team and the Etyek Beer Faces came together and created the sibling of last year's crowd favorite Pear of the God! This time we didn't have to go far, only to Öreghegy in Etyek. The Cider Brigade there (Tibi Tokodi and Dani Haberl) drew a large amount of freshly harvested and pressed apple juice and rolled it across the village to Botpuszta. Our colleague Márk Huszti loaded the ingredients into the tank from the beer side. Of course, we thoroughly tweaked last year's recipe, adding honey and allspice and a slightly higher alcohol content. This is how Apple of The God was born, the elixir that even the dead can rise from! wink
