Beer description

Mild aroma of wheat and some sweet fruit, touch of citrus. Pours deep amber with large white head. In flavor first thing I notice is the hoppiness, which is heavy, a bit pellet-like, calling for descriptors such as onion or diesel, has to be from Mosaic. I’m usually fine with Mosaic, but it’s a bit overwhelming here. There is plenty of other hoppy fruitiness as well though, and after a few sips it becomes more savory. Beyond that some zest, and generic malty background. Moderate bitterness, some alcohol noticeable in flavor. Medium body and carbonation and drinkability. Decent, a bit intense.
