Eventide Dry Irish Nitro Stout

Very dark brown, black, NO2 pour gives cascade effect and leaves a thick, brown head. Coffee, smoke, hint of toffee sweetness. Creaminess from the NO2 up front, washes well over the tongue, and finishes dry. Roasted malts are present from start to finish, good coffee flavor, with hints of dark chocolate/toffee and smoke, mild hop bitterness on the end but finishes very dry and clean. Oysters (traditional pairing), Smoked meat, and Sweet items like chocolate or ice cream. Would make a great ice cream float.
