Eventide Grant Park Sour

Very pale straw in color. Clarity ranges from clear to somewhat hazy. Large, dense, white head with poor retention. Sharply sour characteristic with a hint of tart apple. Very faint hop aroma on the end from the dry-hop. Light body. Very high carbonation. No sensation of alcohol. Crisp, juicy acidity. Tart apple fruitiness with a very dry finish. Balance dominated by sourness, but a light malt flavor. *Taste may change depending on the hop or fruit variation of beer.
