Eventide The Local E.S.B

Light Amber/ Red color with a pleasant clarity. Floral/earthy hop aromas complemented by subtle fruit notes. Medium-light body, carbonation makes the beer refreshing and thirst quenching (Note: On cask, carbonation levels are low offering a smoother, more traditional mouthfeel). Medium-high perceived bitterness, with a malt profile that is bready, biscuity, lightly toasted, very light raisin/toffee flavors and a fruitiness from the ester content. Fish and chips, smashed peas, bangers and mash, shepherds pie.
