Beer description
It's time for our new collaboration. In collaboration with Hopito brewery, we made a Pastry Sour with 500 kg of fruit for 20 hl of beer. The fruits used were strawberry, raspberry and passion fruit. In addition, more than 1 kg of Bourbon Vanilla from Madagascar went into the beer, which we cut and then blended ourselves before it went into the beer.
