Beer description
A yeast that turns everything we know as brewers on its head! This yeast ferments at 35 degrees which is 15 degrees higher than regular yeast strains. They filled the brewhouse with notes of Papaya and Mango, which they paired with Astra (an Australian hop that was harvested in May) & Ekuanot. This 7% IPA has a great body & tastes like tropical juice.
