A beer for the hop enthusiast, Double Up IPA is the result of an incremental hop addition process during the brew. 93 hop additions were added on the minute, every minute for an hour and a half, then it is dry-hopped with Citra hops. A beautiful nose on this beer and a surprisingly smooth finish for such a hop-centric brew.
