Spontaneous, sour
Fermentation
Beer description
Exode Rural is an amber sour beer matured in oak barrels. This beer stands out for its tangy taste, low bitterness, Brett aromas and strawberry juice finish. The beer's acidity comes from mixed fermentation and 11 months in oak barrels. As well as a very fruity nose from the strawberries added to the barrel, it has a vinous taste and a woody flavour that makes it thirst-quenching (SRM 10).
