Mild roast malt character with the smooth mouthfeel of a wheat beer. Dark brown to black in colour with low to medium bitterness. Brewing with wheat instead of barley not only gives a smoother flavour and mouthfeel, but there could also be benefits to the environment - especially in climates where barley is difficult to grow.
