Beer description
In the beginning of October we once again harvested the grapes at Domaine de Brabantse wall to continue our grape ale adventures. As you can expect from us it´s not a classic interpertation. We used the whole grapes with skins and seeds. We added half of them during filtering, a part during whirlpool and one part during fermentatin. Earlier this year we filled Chardonay barrels with a golden ale, which we now blended with our tripel graped grape ale.
