Beer description
TYPE: The first variety was a seasonal beer with 5.5%, a typical Wallonian beer. A dark blonde beer with a thick, white foam head. The taste is dry, spicy and round, with a pleasant hop bitterness that lingers for a long time. A cool thirst quencher with lots of flavor and relatively little alcohol. DESCRIPTION: Saison is a style of beer that has its origins in the province of Hainaut. Farmers brewed this beer during the cold winter months for their seasonal workers who worked in the fields during the summer. Lambic used to be brewed for the same reason, but around Brussels, in the Senne valley and in the Pajottenland.
