Birra Perugia - ILA

ILA is a scotch ale that comes from working with Samaroli, one of the world's most important distillate selectors. Maturing in whiskey barrels from some of Scotland's best distilleries makes this beer incredibly complex. The aromas range from caramel to dried fruit and are permeated with refined iodine, marine, slightly peaty notes. The taste is enveloping and deep, warm and determined, of endless endurance.
