Beer with a dark golden color, transparent, although not entirely clear, because a slight cloudiness is visible. The foam is white, moderately abundant, dense, made of fine and small eyes, it does not fall off immediately, it is quite durable, it leaves a film on the surface and lace on the walls. The aroma does not feel too much, there is only a slight herbal note, there are also some fruity esters, I feel something like a ripe sweet apple. The taste is dominated by quite nice herbal bitterness, it is not too high, but it is clearly marked, not overdue. A bit of malty sweetness, like a little caramel. Carbonation is between low and medium, fine. giving the beer a little fullness. This beer did not impress me much, first of all it does not have the creamy texture that I had been quietly expecting. After all, it is drinkable, you like to drink more sips, and with each new beer it tastes better.
