This is a joint project of Hotel Ostrov and Falkenstein Brewery. Ostroff semi-dark lager is a bottom-fermented Czech-type beer brewed using traditional technology from five types of malt, hopped with the Sládek and Žatecký poloraný červeňák varieties.
