Beer description
We heard a story a while back about some home made hooch called Cherry Bounce. It is basically fresh cherries in a mason jar, a bit of sugar, topped off with Bourbon and aged for 3 months. It sounded interesting and after trying a batch made at home, we thought we could make a hard cider like it. So we did! This is apples and cherries fermented together into an imperial cider, then aged on more cherries and Bourbon soaked oak for 3 months. It bounces pretty well!
