Beer description
A beer that was created to experiment with the simultaneous use of 3 hops from the same family. Mosaic, Nugget, Simcoe. The result we got is a lightly hopped West Coast IPA style pale ale with piney, resinous hints but at the same time also very driven on tropical fruit and herbaceous. The Mosaic and Simcoe hops come from the Yakima valley, and the Nugget from Oregon.
