DDH IPA inspired by Strata, one of the most interesting of the latest generation of hops in terms of profile and intensity. employed in large quantities with Mosaic and Citra. Golden in color and slightly cloudy, the beer releases intense aromas of papaya, mango and pineapple. In the mouth, it is silky and pleasantly balanced with a mild bitterness on the finish.
