Fanø Bryghus - Something Sour

Fruited Kettle Sour beer. Whenever we’ve been asked what our next beer creation will be, our answer has always been short and simple: Something Sour! Now it’s finally here: Something Sour is the first in a new series of fresh sour beers from Fanø Bryghus. A delicate Kettle Sour with mango and passion fruit, beautifully complemented by a refreshing and tart flavour – perfect for a pouting mouth! Malt: Extra Pale, wheat malt, dextrin malt. Hops: Northern Brewer. Brewed with: Mango, passion fruit and oats. Aroma: A thirst-quenching fusion of tropical fruits, mango and passion fruit. Yeast: Wild Brew Sour Pitch, Ale yeast. Ingredients: Water, barley malt, wheat malt, oats, hops, yeast, mango purée (5%), passion fruit (from concentrate, 1.6%).
