Fanø Bryghus (Fano) - Sweyn Forkebeard

King Sweyn was one of Denmark’s most powerful viking kings, ruling parts of Norway and Great Britain. To honor him we at Fanø have brewed an equally powerful barley wine. Brewed with British malts that give this beer a deep amber color to go along with notes of toasted caramel and raisins. Finally, a generous dose of of Citra, Cascade, and Green Bullet hops help to balance this impressively large malt bill.
