The new world hops from New Zealand & America are added at a controlled temperature in the whirlpool to allow us to control the bitterness whilst extracting those pungent hop oils, Farm Yard Ales extract further oils from cool dry hopping additions in the fermenter. This beer is a fragrant, easy drinking and well-balanced pale ale.
