Black Heath - Farmer’s Friend

A tribute to our friend Todd Hardie, guardian of the land in Hardwick, VT. After dinner during a late summer visit, we feasted on a locally made pie filled with Blueberry, Blackberry, and Raspberry. We fermented this in one of his Barr Hill Tomcat Barrels. Rich, Juicy, Decadent. Super jammy fruit notes and lucious honey in a dessert style.
