Beer description
We took our house golden ale and did a long, secondary fermentation in Sauvignon Blanc barrels with an American Farmhouse culture. Brett notes of tropical fruit and an earthy, funky farmhouse. The Sauvignon Blanc barrels also added notes of acidic white wine, apricots and honey.
