Beer description

The rich brown beer with firm cream-colored foam has intense malt, marzipan, dried fruit, chocolate and light sherry notes. On the tongue it is soft with a strong body and pleasantly moussierend. Fine perlage on the tongue and palate. Substance-creamy bulky body. A distinct sweetness is in harmony with the long finish in which dominate the fruit flavors and ends in a warming alcoholic finish.

geschmacklich mit das Beste was ich kenne, aber die Bierschaumstabilität....... Am besten im Dunkeln trinken.

Sehr süß und malzig. Recht süffig und schmeckt fast wie karamelisierter Zuckersirup. Gut aber es gibt bessere Eisböcke.

Braun rötliche Farbe. Der Schaum zerfällt relativ schnell. Süßlicher Geschmack mit Schokolade und Sherry Note.
